what's in pie-man's fridge?

In March, we be mostly eating:

Morrisons pickled onions

"Surely a pickled onion is a pickled onion," you're thinking. "One onion is as good as another. There is equality between onions. It's just onion and vinegar, innit?" Wrong! Wrongity wrong wrong wrong! Morrison's Bettabuy are royalty amongst onions, with none of the usual wince factor as you bite into them. Just pure oniony deliciousness that makes you think "I could really do with a bit more pie to go with this unusually delicious onion." Which certainly equals success in our book.

MacSween haggis

Purportedly the finest on earth, and exclusive suppliers to Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and Her Madge the Queen. Pie-man will devour the haggis in the interests of research and report back.

Tsingtao

The only beer to drink with dim sum, which is kind of a Chinese pie if you think about it hard enough and you've drunk enough Tsingtao. Who'd ever have thought that after such promising early achievement in the fields of fireworks, paper and the like, the Chinese would turn their hands to lager with such success?

Green Pepper Jelly

From the Wooden Spoon Preserving Company (not bad, but not spicy enough. More chilli required before we let it anywhere near our pies...)
