who is pie-man?

Once upon a time in the 1970s we were young and wrinkle-free, and T-shirts were something your Mum bought you from the Co-op. But with age comes insight, and as soon as we were old enough to know pastry from filling we realised how few people made funky T-shirts or celebrated their pie heritage. And so pie-man.com was born.

We believe in some stuff, and that stuff informs and underpins the way we do business, so we thought you might like to know a bit about it. We're not suggesting you should believe the same things or live like we do - for starters that would be arrogant, and for main course it would make life damn boring if everyone did the same thing.

But if you're buying a T-shirt from us it might make you feel better to know that we try to be nice people. Here's how.

We try not to waste things.
We tread lightly when we move from place to place.
We try to make good quality things.
We love good ideas.
We like real things made of real ingredients.
We really, really believe that life can be improved by pies. Really.
